JocondeAI Terms of Service

JocondeAI is an online service that allows users to generate images using artificial intelligence, powered by OpenAI's Dall-e 3 API. Users must purchase an image pack to access the service.

3. Registration and User Account

To use JocondeAI, you must create a user account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account.

4. Use of Service

You agree to use JocondeAI in accordance with these ToS and applicable laws. You commit not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Disrupt, damage, or alter the functioning of the service.
• Impersonate another user or a third party.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to JocondeAI and the images generated by the service belong to JocondeAI or its licensors. Users are granted a license to use the generated images, subject to the conditions defined in the Image Usage License.

JocondeAI shall not be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of its services. The user acknowledges using the service at their own risk and peril.

7. Termination

JocondeAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your user account and your access to the service, without notice and without incurring liability, in case of violation of these ToS or applicable laws.

8. Amendments to ToS

JocondeAI reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Amendments will take effect upon their publication on the site. It is your responsibility to consult the ToS regularly and keep yourself informed of any possible changes.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from the use of JocondeAI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts, unless a mandatory provision of the law of the user's country of residence requires the application of another law or jurisdiction. By using JocondeAI, you expressly accept the jurisdiction of French courts to settle disputes, unless the law of your country of residence requires the application of another law or jurisdiction.
